Revitalize your mornings with the exceptional health benefits of Bio Coffee.

I love a great cup of coffee, almost any time of the day. Waking up to that hot cup of caffeine goodness was something I looked forward to every morning. It literally got me out of bed. It wasn’t until I started to become aware and research an alkaline diet that I realized that maybe my daily cup of coffee wasn’t the best thing for my health.

Coffee is very acidic, which is the opposite of alkaline. Alkalinity is the state you want your body in for optimal health benefits. Saddened by the thought of having to give up coffee, I searched for a comparable alternative. When I found Bio Coffee, I was finally able to give up my coffee and still have a delicious cup of warm, “coffee” goodness every morning- with added health benefits too!

Why Alkaline?

The Alkaline diet is based off of your body PH- or “potential of hydrogen”. The PH scale ranges from 0-14, with numbers closer to 0 being “acidic” and numbers closer to 15 being “alkaline”. 7 is considered to be “neutral” since it is right in the middle of the scale.

Some research has indicated that “acidic” foods and beverages have negative health consequences. For example, “acidic” foods have been linked in certain studies to osteoporosis, inflammation and cancer. Coffee, for example, usually measures around 5 on the PH scale, making it an acidic beverage.

Bio Coffee Ingredients

Bio Coffee is made with 4 ingredients: Instant Arabica Coffee Powder, Non-Dairy Creamer (glucose syrup from tapioca starch & vegetable fat from palm kernel), Oligosaccharide (from chicory root) and Wheatgrass Powder.

Mix one packet with 6-8 ounces of hot water, stir and enjoy!

The Taste of Bio Coffee

It’s a little magic, in my opinion. Bio Coffee tastes like coffee, with a little added creaminess and sweetness. You don’t need to add anything to it; it’s perfect as it is.

The wheatgrass powder was a very questionable ingredient for me before trying. I absolutely DESPISE the taste of wheatgrass- I don’t care how healthy it is for you! The thought of it makes me shudder. But honestly I can tell you that you can not and will not taste the wheatgrass. There is not one grassy-tasting note to this coffee, despite a visible greenish tint to your cup.

Health Benefits of Bio Coffee

  • 100% Organic. That means no chemicals, no pesticides, no fertilizer or any other artificial ingredients.
  • Contains Wheatgrass. Wheatgrass is rich in many vitamins and minerals, including iron, antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins A, E, C and Selenium. It is also highly alkaline.
  • Probiotics and Fiber. Bio Coffee helps keep your gut healthy and your digestion regular.
  • Detoxifying. Naturally occurring chlorophyll in wheatgrass carries oxygen to your blood, aiding in detoxification.

Bio Coffee available for purchase on Amazon, direct through their website, or specialty markets.

Where to Buy?

I have seen Bio Coffee available for sale in a specialty market by my house and on Amazon. You can also buy directly from their website at http://www.biocoffee.com

Note: It can be a bit pricey- I have seen prices anywhere from $19.50 to $22.00 for a package of 12 packets. Amazon has consistently had the lowest price- and that is where I buy mine from.

I hope you enjoy Bio Coffee as much as I do. Have you tried it? Tell me in the comments
